There are many crucial elements that are missing in the summary. Eg. With the simple failure prediction model it should be noted that restructuring in a chronically ill company must be carried out and a temporary ill-treatment (exam question!). Also do not I get the order from H2? Do you treat the ratios late while this is the base?

For example, you also save 2.1. Concept of financial management about. What also came from an exam question in previous years and if someone buys a company to undermine the founder liability they call those companies empty shells (exam question!). The exam is very detailed and the summary contains too few details. Little disappointed..

Hi Thomas, thank you and I'm sorry to hear that the summary doesn't quite fill your needs. I remember that chapter 2 was a mess, I didn't find a lot of links between the matter seen in class and the book. That's why I treated the ratio's in the end. For the next chapters, I followed the book.

2.1 can be found under 2.4 as these 4 aspects are defined as financieel management in ruime zin. It still needs to be a summary..; If I would put every single detail in it, I could just republish the whole book. But I understand your remarks and I appreciate it. Good luck with your exam.
