Not complete, errors, writing errors

Best @Outlawbe On the basis of the table of contents, I do not notice any writing errors. To your remark of 'not complete', I would like to add that this document contains the questions by the lecturer himself from H5 to H11 from the book, so that not all subjects are discussed as in the available exam summary.
