LPC Legal Practice Course

The purpose of this study is to examine the enforceability of the legal right to development, as outlined in the Declaration on the Right to Development from 1986 and the Draft Convention on the Right to Development from 2022. This will be accomplished through an analysis of relevant literature, including books, articles, and online resources.
