A three paged essay with multiple sources. A well-developed introduction, stated thesis, and utilized the ideas from the sources but includes my idea's as well. There is a well-developed body with sufficient details and a blended source between ideas in the various sources.The document is using APA documentation system, including in-text citations and a reference page.
The author, title, subject, and main idea is in the opening sentences. There are organized supporting ideas clearly with effective transitions between them. There are no ideas of my own, no comment upon the material, and no changing the meaning of the original. There's one quotation, one paraphrase, and one summary statement.
This includes clear and specific thesis statement in the introduction, it is organized logically and effectively, there are topic sentences for body paragraphs, and those paragraphs support the thesis with specific detail. There are synthesis to show connection between the sources' ideas, the conclusion is well-developed and brings a sense of closure. The topic is clear and the sources for this paper is current and reliable.
I wrote about my passions and curiosities. It included what I was already intensely interested in, what I care strongly about. What subjects, issues filled my mind consistently and why. What the subjects that I already know a lot about. Then what I was curious about, what are the subjects/issues that interested me. Lastly what subjects/topics would I were compelled to explore further.
I identified the author, title, subject, and thesis of the work that I critiqued. I provided necessary background information on the author's and identified the writers purpose.I constructed a clear and specific thesis statement that expressed the overall judgement about the work being critiqued. I defended my judgment with reasons based upon valid criteria. This Essay was organized logically and effectively.
