I based this off of the textbook and learning objectives per chapter, and then added my lecture notes as well as study edge information. I got an A on this exam and this is what I used. Includes concepts, definitions, and equations. Managerial basics, cost concepts, product costs, period costs, job-order costing, activity-based costing, and process costing are outlined in this document. Hope this helps!
